Dr. Martin is my dentist at the Radlett dental clinic and he is the nicest dentist I’ve had by far, and I have had lots of dental experiences as I am unfortunate to need a lot of work. I’m an extremely nervous patient and from the moment I met Dr. Martin he took that on board and has always made as many adaptations as he can to make the experiences as comfortable as possible. So far I haven’t had any complications with anything I’ve had done here and you can always get a timely appointment, often in the same week if wanted. I had a tooth extraction most recently and he’s made sure to follow up with me a week later to check on recovery which I haven’t had in the past. His calmness in explaining what most people dread (have dental work done) is very reassuring and welcomed. I went in for a routine check-up and a rather nervous filling, and the whole experience was handled with such calm professionalism that I felt at ease straight away. The reception team were warm and efficient, and the dentist explained everything clearly without any fuss, which I really appreciated. The surgery itself was spotless, modern and reassuringly well run. It is rare to leave a dental appointment feeling so looked after, but that is exactly what happened here.
